In late 2014, a deep dive into buyer psychology, Kahneman, Cialdini, neuromarketing, growth strategy, revealed a gap nobody was filling. Marketing advice was either abstract theory or hyper-tactical growth hacks. Neither addressed the real problem upstream.

 

That gap became The Demand Matrix Method, refined across 20+ companies over the next decade. The methodology held. The results compounded. Demand Matrix was built to bring that system to growth-stage companies that are ready to stop guessing.
